Solar System - The Moon

Last Quarter Moon

This image of the last quarter Moon was captured from the patio of my townhouse in Palmyra, NJ. It was taken at 12:50PM in the afternoon, and although the sky is shown black in this image, the original image had a light blue sky which you would expect. I simply adjusted the blackpoint of the image to make the background sky black using the levels command in Photoshop.
